The referral process is open to anyone who meets the eligibility requirements for our programs. The candidate should be between the ages of 18 and 28 years old, have a basic understanding of the English language, and own a laptop with a good internet connection. As soon as they have completed the course, they should be ready to take on a job.

You can start claiming rewards once you hit any multiple of INR 5000/-. We disburse amounts in multiples of 5000. Once you claim reward, the disbursement will be done in the 1st week of next month.

Geekster Employees, including the Instructional Associates, cannot participate in this Referral Program.

While there is no restriction on who you can not refer, any student who is a part of our network already through our own efforts or because they have been referred by someone else before will not be considered your referral.

You will see the validity/expiry date of your coupon code on the dashboard. Once a student uses your referral code to sign up, they must complete the admission process within 90 days. Since the usual selection process takes about 20 days, this gives you 4.5x time to motivate your referral to complete the process. You can track the movement of your referrals through the process on the dashboard. You will be eligible for pay-out only if your referral is selected.
